Key Responsibilities:
Draft discovery-related as well as dispositive briefing.
Take and defend depositions.
Draft and respond to written discovery.
Review documents and manage document productions in response to written discovery requests.
Represent clients at court hearings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Georgia probate law.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to expeditiously handle complex legal issues with discretion and integrity.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
Proactive and independent, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
