Job Description:
As a Law Executive with JEPC, you will be responsible for managing the Integrated Litigation Management System within the department. Your key tasks will include:
* Providing technical guidance on actions to be taken against cases, including reducing pendency of cases and allocating them to districts by the State ILMS cell.
* Reviewing all incoming and outgoing legal communication to the Department of School Education and Literacy (SE&L), Government of Jharkhand, and allocating responsibility for action to relevant personnel.
* Preparing routine letters (demand or inquiry) to all parties.
* Checking documents or papers for compliance and correctness.
* Assisting in basic legal drafting for district-level offices of DEO, DSE, Samagra Shiksha, and other educational offices of the district as needed.
* Providing periodic updates to senior nodal officers and attending review meetings to highlight the need for action.
* Following up on cases in District Court, High Court/Tribunals in a timely manner to take appropriate action at the district and higher offices of the education department.

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
* Graduate with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for ST/SC) and law graduate (LLB) from a university/institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
* OR Five-year integrated LL.B degree from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
