Mid Level Attorney – Probate Litigation, Estate Planning Marietta, GA

Position Summary: As a Mid Level Attorney, you will have a significant role in our probate practice, focusing on a combination of uncontested and contested wills, estate disputes, and estate-related litigation. This role requires experience in Georgia probate law and litigation, as well as with the Georgia Civil Practice Act.

Draft discovery-related as well as dispositive briefing.

Take and defend depositions.

Draft and respond to written discovery.

Review documents and manage document productions in response to written discovery requests.

Represent clients at court hearings.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless service delivery.

Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Georgia probate law.

Strong writing and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to expeditiously handle complex legal issues with discretion and integrity.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities.

Proactive and independent, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
